Mycorrhizal inoculation enhances absorption of water, storage and mobility of nutrients back into plants and enhances tolerance to drought. Mycorrhizae produce specific antibiotics, which immobilize and kill soil borne pathogens. Mycorrhizal inoculation reduces fertilizer application up to 40% from recommended dose.
